Natural Skin Care Ingredients That Work

Many people believe natural and organic ingredients be more effective for the skin but the truth is this belief has no factual basis or scientific legitimacy. Cosmetic companies either in blissful deception or outright ignorance sell products with ingredients that are not really natural, or natural ingredients that are harmful for skin. And merely because an ingredient is synthetic doesn't turn it into a problem for skin.

While some people are perfectly very happy to buy non-organic skin care products, those who choose natural skin care brands find and revel in more benefits of using organic products. People use natural skin care products to stop using products which are formulated with harmful and unsafe ingredients such as parabens, petrochemicals, and other skin-irritating scents.

Coconut Oil

Hair is strange. It grows just like a plant, still it can’t really heal itself when it’s being damaged. Some commercial masks out there are actually a list of bad things waiting to occur, with all the chemical ingredients they contain. A natural skin care mask is straightforward to make, and takes a shorter period to mix up than drained to the store, and having to decipher all of the hard to pronounce ingredients.

Jojoba

This shrub present in dry climates is produces an oil similar to our natural body oils. Jojoba can treat skin infections and acne, has anti-inflammatory properties and it is a natural moisturizer.

Avocado Oil

Avocado oil is obtained from the pulp of the avocado and makes a rich additive to skincare products for those skin types, especially dry and maturing skin. It is high in protein and vitamins A, D and E that really help heal scaly, dry skin. Unrefined avocado oil, which is green colored, contains a higher proportion of these nourishing vitamins and solids with exceptional moisturizing capabilities.

Honey-Apple Toner

Inside a blender or food processor, combine 1 peeled, cored apple having a tablespoon of honey and pulse until smooth. Apply mixture to face and permit it to stay for 15 minutes, then rinse.

Aloe Vera

Aloe is really a succulent perennial of the lily family with skin enhancing value within the juice of its leaves. The leaf gel is rich in beneficial polysaccharides and amino acids and has been used to soothe the skin in excess of 2500 years. It is used externally to rebalance dryness and calm delicate skin.

Argan Oil

Argan oil is magic. This liquid gold comes complete with vitamin E and it helps with eczema, wrinkles, psoriasis, and dry skin. But that’s not every. Women use it successfully for hair care, especially for the treatment of damaged hair, an unfortunate condition that affects many women daily. Argan oil also includes antioxidants and the fact that it is sold because it is, with no additives, makes it a 100% natural skin care weapon.

Cucumber-Honey Toner

Puree 1 cucumber inside a blender, drain and collect the juice. Add 2 teaspoons of honey in to the juice and mix. Pour the mixture right into a bottle. Apply on the face and neck area having a cotton pad in the morning and also at night. Air dry it and rinse clean. Keep bottle covered in the refrigerator for approximately 1 week.
